Men and women react differently to baby crying.
Scientists managed to establish that women and men react to the crying of children in different ways. Experts gave volunteers to listen to the records of crying children, and then scanned the brain of study participants.
It turned out that, in fact, only the female brain responds to the baby’s crying, while listening to the crying record, the man’s brain remains calm, but the woman’s brain goes into heightened attention and anxiety.
At the same time, the presence of their own children among volunteers did not play any role.
