Why do you think that many modern moms lose their milk soon after the birth?

So, my first advice to expectant mothers is to harden your chest. But do it wisely. In summer, I recommend pregnant women to spend at least one month at sea. Sunbathing in the sun is not desirable for them, and you can swim as much as you like. Arriving at sea in May or October, when the water in it is cold, a woman can safely bathe several times a day for 2-3 minutes. In July and August, when the sea is warm - it can be spent several hours a day.
Breast massage is also an important element in preparing her for nursing a baby. A pregnant woman needs to learn from a professional simple tricks. It is even better if the future father will massage the breast and daily massage the breast to his wife. The massage should be light, and there should be no pain.The rubbing of essential oils (oil from wheat sprouts with lavender essential oil, etc.) and creams, on a natural basis, and containing only natural ingredients (Boroplus, etc.) is another important element of preparing breasts for breastfeeding. In addition to the fact that we violate thermoregulation, we also prevent him from taking substances that we do not need from us. Some of these substances remain in the surrounding armpit tissues.
These harmful substances, as well as chemicals contained in deodorants, accumulate in the tissues of the mammary glands, which leads to various diseases of the breast, including breast cancer. Articles devoted to the growth of breast cancer as a result of the use of deodorants have repeatedly appeared in the Western press.
The best way to deal with unpleasant odors and damp clothing under the arms is regular washing of sweat with cold water. Pregnant women who attend my classes, I advise 5-10 times a day to wash cold underarms and chest under the tap and take a cold shower 1-3 times.

Of course. And not only on the condition of the breast, but also on the quantity and quality of milk.

Tell us, please, how should a woman eat before birth and after birth?

Breakfast and dinner will also bring you much more benefit if your menu includes fresh salads. Vegetables can be eaten in slices or in the form of salads by rubbing them on a grater. From the same vegetables, make juices. In summer and autumn, the choice of vegetables in the markets is much larger. Vegetables, peppers, cucumbers, cauliflower, blue and a wide variety of greens will improve the taste of your salads and vegetable juices.

What foods, other than raw vegetables and fruits, should still be part of a woman's diet?

The same vegetables in a baked or stewed form, porridge, sprouted wheat or rye. You can also grow peas, beans, lentils and soy, and eat 10 things a day. A variety of nuts, sunflower seeds and pumpkin in raw form to 100g per day will accelerate the development of your baby. After 20-30 minutes, you can eat raw vegetables, and after them heavier foods: cereal, bread, vegetable stews or legumes. Wash down these products do not need. If you drink after a meal, any drink, it dilutes the contents of the stomach and makes it difficult to digest food, and if the drink is sweet, it causes fermentation in the stomach, and then in the intestines ..

From what other products, except for sugar and sweets, is it worth to refuse future mothers?

She too should not use semi-finished products and refined products. You need to cook as much as you eat at one time. Thermally processed products, which even stood in the refrigerator, are not suitable for food. They also contain toxic substances.

Many future mothers who attend my yoga classes refuse not only from fish, eggs and meat, but also from dairy products. And if at this time a woman eats a lot and drinks, her breasts will become firm and the mammary glands will become inflamed.Cool water, drunk shortly before a meal, almost does not contribute to an increase in the amount of milk, so in the first days after the birth of the child you can drink it on an empty stomach without restrictions. But the water drunk soon after a meal, and any other drinks (juices, compotes, fruit drinks, herbal teas) drunk before meals, and even more after it, contribute to a strong increase in the amount of milk, therefore, starting from the third day of the child’s life, drinking them need to minimize to a few days. At this time, the amount of food eaten by a woman should be small.
The first two weeks a nursing woman should closely monitor the condition of the breast and quickly respond to any abnormalities. In that case, if the mother properly feeds the baby and cares for the breast, her milk becomes more and more. But if the breast has become very tight, and even more so if hardening has appeared, you need to take two measures immediately: very often apply the baby to the chest and greatly reduce the amount of food and drink. One and a half to two weeks after the birth of the child, the risk of inflammation of the breast decreases. But still a woman should always be attentive to her breasts and try not to allow any deviations from the norm.Reduce the amount of milk can always be, sharply limiting the use of drinks and food, and increase - a lot of vegetable juice, frequent attachment of the baby to the chest, early sleep (at 20 - 21 hours) and regular and proper nutrition.

Many nursing mothers are afraid to eat raw vegetables and fruits. What arguments in favor of these products could convince them?

Babies, whose mothers eat raw vegetables and fruits, rarely need help to release the intestines. Peristalsis of their intestines works great. They also have high hemoglobin and overall well-being is noticeably better than that of babies whose mothers do not consume vegetables and vegetable juices. Judging by the fact that they are much less likely to get sick than their peers and have almost no health problems, their immunity is very high.
The more natural the mother's food, the more she receives solar energy directly from fresh, non-thermally processed foods, the healthier her child, the more he receives molochko milk, necessary substances, microelements and vitamins.

Despite the fact that the food I offer contains significantly fewer proteins than the usual for most people, babies whose mothers feed in this waydefinitely not protein deficient. Many of them are ahead of their peers in height and weight. This also applies to three-month-olds, and to one-year-olds, and to three-year-old and seven-year-old children, who are continued to be fed according to the scheme proposed by me. Their excellent health is irrefutable proof that natural plant food fits human beings more than any other.
My children, whom I breastfed for a very long time, eating mostly raw vegetables and fruits, and who, since I weaned them from their breasts, have eaten the same food as me, you can’t call them thin, not small. The natural nutrition of the mother during the period of breastfeeding the baby undoubtedly has a positive effect on his health, not only in this period, but also in subsequent years. Hardening, swimming and various exercises enhance the life potential of the child. But, unfortunately, in the first weeks of the baby’s life, physical exercise and the mother’s natural diet only partially compensate for the health damage that the flow of toxins flowing from the mother with her milk causes. At this time, in addition to a large number of substances necessary for the baby, it contains a lot of substances that are not needed by the mother's body.They have been accumulating over the years because of the inability of her body to remove so many slags that got into it with food, medicines, exhaust gases, poor quality water, drinks containing toxic substances, etc. Now, when a large flow of liquid in the form of milk continuously flows out of her mother, her body will never take advantage of this opportunity to cleanse herself and throw out more dirt from herself.

How to get out of this situation?

Can cold water make your breasts worse?

And what else should mom do besides water procedures, fasting and cleaning the intestines? Do I need to feed her baby?

Despite the very unpleasant pain in the cracked nipple, a woman needs to put the baby to her breast, because milk should be sucked regularly from it.Sometimes mothers are advised not to give the baby a breast until the nipple heals. If a woman follows this advice, the condition of her mammary glands will deteriorate sharply, hardening may occur and even the temperature may rise. So that during breastfeeding, the mother does not have to endure additional pain, you need to make every effort so that the baby is calm and does not twist his head, grabbing and throwing his chest. As soon as the baby has had enough of both breasts, it is necessary to wash it with water without soap and wipe it off, nipples should be plentifully smeared with natural antiseptic cream (Boro plus, calendula ointment, arnica, cocoa butter, wheat germ oil, or almond oil with 1-2 drops of lavender essential oil etc.), attach plantain leaves or cabbage leaves to the mammary glands and cover the breast. All this must be done very quickly, so as not to cool the chest. Instead of cabbage leaves or plantain woman can use some other folk remedy - a compress or ointment. Before feeding, remove the cabbage leaves or compress from the breast, gently and carefully wipe the nipples with a napkin and wash them without soap.
