Soba with shrimp.
It would seem that it's time to show cozyrecipes: meat, to languish in the oven for 4 hours, thick homemade sauces, chocolate desserts with armagnac (or whatever it comes to hand). 150 g buckwheat noodles
500g shrimp *
a small piece of fresh ginger
2-3 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp. dark soy sauce
1 small carrot
a few drops of fish sauce
Garlic and ginger to clear, pass through the press. Heat sesame oil in a pan, fry ginger and garlic.
Peel and grate the carrots. Add to the pan and cook for another couple of minutes.
Soba boil in boiling water until half ready **. Throw noodles in a colander, rinse in cold water ***.
Put soba in the pan.Add soy and fish sauces, mix.
Cook all together for 1-2 minutes.
Then put the shrimp, mix and remove from heat.
* I have here small northern, already cooked shrimps. Wash in warm water and clean. I add to noodles at the very last moment.
** on the package is written to cook for 8 minutes. This is some nonsense; not more than a minute.
*** never, never do this with italian pasta;)
