And on all computers is not always enough, employees have to wait in line.
Hourly lunch, though laid, but it has to be reduced in order to quickly go to the post. Evening break did not exist at all quite recently, only recently the authorities kindly agreed to set aside half an hour to have a bite and recover a little.As a result, employees often end up changing someone at 22.00, and some after midnight.
- The work is hard, you have to communicate with violators, with people who sometimes come across rather scandalous ones, their nerves are exhausted while you make out. Yes, and physically tired to stand on the road, - continues Maxim. - Sometimes in the evening you get behind the wheel, you go home, your eyes stick together, and you think, if only you don’t make an accident yourself.

According to the former employee, the weekend as such is not provided for them, or rather, they are formally, only on paper. In practice, the weekend has to be used either for paperwork, for preventive raids, or to go to the usual shift. In fact, there is only a vacation, which is divided into two parts. The rest of the time, the staff has practically no privacy.
“We leave when the children are asleep, and we arrive, when they are also asleep, we do not see them,” he complains. - And what wife will like this mode of operation? It is clear why we have so many problems in our personal lives, many divorces, very few people try to talk about it, but I saw for myself where this work could lead to wear.
According to Maxim, not everyone maintains such a schedule.Many, having worked for 6-7 years, retire, realizing that as many more simply will not survive. Professional burnout overtakes people after a couple of years of such work. And it remains only to keep emotions, clenching his will into a fist.

This winter, there was a reforming of a separate battalion of traffic police, and a large number of employees resigned at once. The incomplete set was huge, the scope of work is growing, and it was simply distributed among the remaining employees, ”Maxim continues.
He compared the situation with a new battery: “It seems that everyone's health was strong at first. But if you do not take care of it, use it to its fullest and not recharge,then at first the battery will not be able to turn the starter, then only the headlights will burn, and then, already completely exhausted, only the indicator board. So we live only until retirement. ”
According to our interlocutor, today only a few are guided by the ideals of militiamen Gleb Zheglov and Volodya Sharapov. Most live in the future. “Albeit a small pension, 14-18 thousand for junior officers and with a minimum length of service, but this means a lot today, because the salary has already lost its value as an incentive,” says Maxim.
- If the salary of 50 thousand rubles six years ago, when the police was renamed the police, was a large sum, today inflation ate it by half. And young employees generally receive less than 30 thousand rubles.
